Peter Kenneth Grant
Position: Keyman, Managing Director and everything in-between
One of SA's leading concrete repair and rehabilitation specialists with 30+ years of experience. Peter immigrated from England in 1981 after working for John Laing Construction and has been involved in the construction industry in SA ever since. His relaxed approach and calm demeanor make him an amazing leader and his capacity for work is unrivalled.
Peter has worked for many of the big names including LTA, Grinakar, Group 5, and SM Goldstein before starting his own company eventually partnering with Gordon Mowatt and Spec-Con in 1995.

Laurence Gordon Mowatt
Position: Director, Business Development Manager and Second In Command
Laurence started his working life with Delta Scan, an innovative drone analytics company. After 2 years working with Delta Scan he emmigrated to Ireland where he worked in the show jumping industry. Once he was settled, he decided to start up Delta Scan Ireland. Shortly after its inception Laurence's dad sadly passed away in 2022 resulting in him moving back home to help Peter Grant with Spec-Con.

Natasha de Witt
Position: Reginal Contracts and Project Manager
Natasha joined Spec-Con 15 years ago straight from the Vaal University of Technology (N.Dip Civil Engineering) and has been a valuable member of the team ever since. Her diligence and attention to detail makes her a favourite with the clients and workers alike.

Position: Office Administrator
Nicole is the Office Administrator at Spec-Con and is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions that support the successful operation of the business. In addition to managing day-to-day office administration, she plays a key role in procurement, tender preparation and submissions, accounts administration, and providing support across all departments. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities ensure that projects and business operations run smoothly.

As Bookkeeper, she is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts, managing reconciliations, and supporting the overall financial health of the business.
