Over 30 Years Of Experience

Skills Transfer

Spec-con is proud to have many of its original staff complement with a large number of its employees being with us for more than 20 years. This has allowed us to enjoy many generations of the same families working and growing with the company.
We pride ourselves in expanding and transferring our skill set to all the communities we have had the privilege of working with by using a combination of on-site and class-room training. This includes proper use of the equipment, understanding of the material chemistry, safety and environmental considerations as well as record keeping and quality control.

Proper Use of Equipment:

Employees are trained to handle and operate all necessary equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and reducing the risk of accidents.

Understanding Material Chemistry:

Training includes an in-depth understanding of the materials used in concrete repair, including their properties and interactions. This knowledge is crucial for ensuring the longevity and durability of repair work.

Safety and Environmental Considerations:

Spec-Con places a high priority on safety and environmental stewardship. Training programs emphasize best practices for maintaining a safe work environment and minimizing the environmental impact of repair activities.

Record Keeping and Quality Control:

Employees are trained in meticulous record-keeping and quality control procedures. This ensures that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
